Our Journey — The Streat Eats Origin Story

Born from Late-Night Cravings & a Vision for Haldwani

It all began in 2026. As close friends growing up in Haldwani, our evenings were always spent around our favorite local momo stalls, crispy chaat carts, and roll joints. But whenever cravings struck at home, we realized a huge gap — none of Haldwani's legendary street vendors were available online, and major delivery apps marked up prices heavily, charging ₹120 for a ₹50 plate of momos.

We asked ourselves: "Why shouldn't Haldwani's iconic street food stalls have the same digital power as big restaurants, while customers enjoy genuine stall pricing without hidden fees?" Armed with laptops, deep local roots, and unstoppable drive, we partnered directly with stall owners, built a dedicated hyperlocal delivery network, and launched Streat Eats — delivering piping-hot street food in under 30 minutes at 100% genuine stall prices!
